Upon first pulling in the long narrow drive of this lake hamilton home, I was a little iffy because all that you see is a vinyl sided garage and a little piece of a ranch house. Not a whole lot of curb appeal by any means but a decent Hot Springs Real Estate on the lake. The lot is less than 100 feet wide by 400 feet deep from street to lake. There is also a drainage ditch that runs along the edge of one side into the lake seperating this house from the neighbors. Upon further inspection I noticed this house was remodeled with lake living in mind. The back porch facing the main channel of the lake is huge. There is a large covered area adjoining the house as well. The deck led to a boardwalk with boat ties but no dock. Let me mention again, the deck on this house will amaze you! Very Nicely landscaped and a well taken care of house. The main room walking in from the lake is a huge florida style room with nice hardwood floors. The rest of the house was typical for a 1950’s built house but nicely redecorated. I was actually impressed by this house and imagined how fun this house would be.
