Today I decided to do something different and searched the Hot Springs MLS Service for all houses between 200,000 – 300,000 and came across this one. The house is really small and as the listing describes a weekender cabin style house. The house is indeed very small, but is very cute as well. The area is amazing! nothing but really nice houses and NO TRAILERS:) The yard is quite small as well and would not work for our situation(dogs). I also felt like the neighbors were too close on both sides. I feel like this house is pretty steep for the size but when you factor in the neighborhood it would indeed make a nice house for someone and is probably a safe investment.

Which brings me to another point. If you are a real estate agent listing a house on the MLS Service, it would probably help sell the house alot better or at lest get more viewings if you were to include more information about the house for sale in the description. When I see a short sentenced listing, I feel like there is not much to be said about the house for sale, so please spend 60 seconds and type a decent description if your trying to sell a house for a quarter of a million dollars…
