This is one of the nicest houses in Hot Springs Arkansas with Lake Hamilton Frontage. The house is a new brick beauty with about 2800 spacious square feet in almost new condition. The house is very well built and offers many upgrades. Outside there is a huge metal building workshop also in fabulous condition and really a dream come true in our eyes. The lot for this house is almost 3 level acres and is very beautiful.
Upon a short walk to the lake things start getting depressing and you will realize why this house is priced so cheap. The lake frontage is actually Mazarn Creek which is very tempermental with extreme highs and lows. There is no boat dock on the property and I doubt one could be put in because of the creek. None of the other neighbors had boat docks either but most people did have a canoe by the water:(
Across the water is an older home that obviously breeds dogs because there were alot of dogs barking and yelping the whole time we were out there. Another disadvantage to this property is the drive getting back to it feels urky and desolate.
